Product Description The side pull with the bit is the next step in progressive training following the nose band side pulls. This teaches a horse to carry a bit while keeping the same side pull action that the horse is used to. The bit is a black iron snaffle bit that is designed to keep the mouth moist and has a pleasant taste. The black iron is supposed to rust-keeps its taste. All of our side pulls have harness leather headstalls that have ample adjustments to fit a wide varity of head sizes and are laced together for durability and looks. The side pulls that we offer can be used as progressive training aids going from the double nose which is the easiest, to the side pull with the bit.
